Nana Kwesi Osei Bonsu
Nana Kwesi Osei Bonsu is the founder of Land Rights Defenders, a nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness and resources for Indigenous communities fighting for their rights to their ancestral land. He is the legal custodian of the Benimasi-Boadi Indigenous community in Ghana. Facing persecution for his advocacy, Nana Kwesi Osei Bonsu was granted humanitarian protection by the U.S. government, leading him to establish LRDI in April 2023. Since then, LRDI has been a relentless advocate for Indigenous communities.
